Introduction.
MarkGroww is an AI-assisted organic growth platform designed to monitor Reddit and other online forums 24/7. It identifies buying intent, crawls Google-ranking threads, and drafts context-aware replies.
Unlike automated spam bots (which violate subreddit rules and get your accounts banned), MarkGroww operates on a Human-in-the-Loop review flow. Our AI does the heavy lifting of scanning and writing templates, but every reply must be approved by you or our team before it is published.
How it works.
Deploying MarkGroww across your marketing channels consists of three phases:
- Define your profile: You enter your website URL, product descriptions, and target keywords inside your dashboard.
- Continuous monitoring: Our semantic crawlers scan relevant subreddits 24/7 for brand mentions, competitor alternatives, or problem definitions.
- Review & Publish: When opportunities match your filters, you receive a Slack notification or email with a pre-drafted, helpful response. You review it, click approve, and we publish it.
Intent scoring.
Every thread identified by our crawler is analyzed and assigned a Fit Score from 1 to 10. This ensures you only invest attention in high-yield discussions.

Human review safety.
Reddit has strict self-promotion policies. Accounts that post repetitive links or generic templates get shadowbanned instantly. MarkGroww's safety mechanism contains two layers:
- Context Matching: Our drafts address the OP's specific query directly before mentioning your brand, establishing value-first authenticity.
- Manual Approval Loop: Comments are staged in your dashboard. You edit or customize the text to match your brand's voice and then click publish. For managed plans, our expert growth writers perform this curation for you.

Slack & Discord Notifications
You can connect MarkGroww to Slack or Discord in under a minute:
- Create an Incoming Webhook inside your Slack workspace or Discord channel settings.
- Copy the unique webhook URL provided by Slack or Discord.
- Go to your MarkGroww dashboard under Settings → Integrations, select your platform, paste the URL, and save.
MarkGroww will post a beautifully formatted alert card containing the thread title, subreddit name, fit score, and a direct link to review and approve the draft reply whenever a high-intent opportunity matches your filters.
Credits & billing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Monthly comment and post quotas represent the number of finalized, human-reviewed drafts successfully published to Reddit by you or our team.
Unused comment/post credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. If you hit your quota cap early, you can upgrade your plan or purchase add-on credit bundles from your billing settings.
