Introduction.
MarkGroww monitors Reddit continuously for threads where someone is asking for a product recommendation, comparing tools, or complaining about the one they use now. When a thread matches your product, we score it and write a draft reply for you to read and approve.
Unlike bots, which violate subreddit rules and get accounts banned, MarkGroww uses a human-in-the-loop review flow. Every reply must be approved by you or our team before it posts.
How it works.
Setup takes three steps:
- Define your profile: Enter your website URL, product descriptions, and target keywords in your dashboard.
- Continuous monitoring: We crawl relevant subreddits for brand mentions, competitor comparisons, and people asking for a product like yours.
- Review and publish: When a match is found, you get a Slack or email alert with a draft reply. You read it, approve it, and we post it.
Intent scoring.
Every thread is scored from 1 to 10 based on how closely it matches your product and how likely the poster is to buy. A score of 9 or 10 means someone is actively asking for a product like yours right now.

Human review safety.
Reddit has strict self-promotion policies. Accounts that post repetitive links or generic templates get shadowbanned instantly. MarkGroww's safety mechanism contains two layers:
- Draft structure: Each draft answers the question that was actually asked before mentioning your product. A reply that reads like an ad gets rewritten or dropped.
- Approval step: Drafts sit in your dashboard until you approve them. You can edit the text before publishing. On managed plans, our team reads and approves each draft for you.
Integrations setup.
Connect a Slack or Discord webhook so new matches land in the channel your team already watches.
Slack & Discord notifications
You can connect MarkGroww to Slack or Discord in under a minute:
- Create an Incoming Webhook inside your Slack workspace or Discord channel settings.
- Copy the webhook URL.
- Go to your MarkGroww dashboard under Settings → Integrations, select your platform, paste the URL, and save.
When a match is found, MarkGroww posts an alert with the thread title, subreddit, fit score, and a link to approve or edit the draft reply.
Credits & billing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Monthly comment and post quotas represent the number of finalized, human-reviewed drafts successfully published to Reddit by you or our team.
Unused comment/post credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. If you hit your quota cap early, you can upgrade your plan or purchase add-on credit bundles from your billing settings.
